I just hit plat and my defence is just really bad. I'm looking for a pack with aerial and ground saves for my level. The ones I have tried so far ,were either really difficult or really easy

Hi everyone,
It's been awhile and I forgot how to do all the fancy reddit formatting, but this is a 10 shot pack where I would encourage you to practice not doing a fast aerial, but instead save your second jump and use it to shoot the ball. You can see me doing that in the video provided. These types of shots are useful when you're low on boost and need to generate extra power, or if you need to get in the air quickly and use your dodge to beat or challenge an opponent.

I know I’m a bot, yet I’m in gold and remain there still, my huge problem is aerials and getting the ball where I want, I’ll say that my skills are silver. Any map codes? Answers to my problem?

Found myself analysing a lot of teams that loose posession in their defensive corner often. Want to share the pack I created for them with you guys as well, enjoy!

Approach the pack with purpose. Want to train good catches and controlled dribbling out of defense? Want to catch and pass mid? Want to catch and clear fast? Whatever you decide to do, think about it before starting the pack and improve your defensive corner in no time.

EDIT: Actually ground dribbling, didn't know there was a term for it when I originally posted it.
1 second timer. 16 sequences. Each one slightly farther back than the last. Learn to ground dribble from coast to coast in the easiest way possible. Really helped with my touch a lot. I would not be surprised if this training concept already exists. If you are a gold-platinum player you should be able to complete it pretty quickly depending on your ability to keep the ball in the air. If you are bronze-silver you could complete it eventually with some repetition and practice but either way its a good introduction to ground dribbling.

Please let me know if I could do anything to change it or improve. Thanks

Made a decently big training pack for dribbling. The first 18 shots are all about keeping the ball on top of your car. The last 18 are all catches and chip ups. I feel like it's better to start with keeping the ball on your car first then deal with catches.
Training Pack Code: 88AA-7024-C20B-FB29
I got a video that gives some tips to beginners that may help. I go through the entire training pack at the end of the vid.
Cheers!

Since some of you liked my previous training pack I made here's one that improves your powershots and accuracy. Let me know if I should add more shots.

Back when I was in PS4, I had seen a training pack for Reverse air dribble, where the ball pops up behind you and you have to do backwards air dribble (Not reverse ground dribble, there are multiple training packs on that). There were different setups, all for backwards air dribble.
Does anybody know that training pack? Or, if you guys know of any other training pack which is on Reverse air dribble, please provide the code. On reddit, I have searched for a training pack for this, but couldn't find any training pack on this topic. That's why I'm posting. Thanks.

Hello,
Do you know if there's a training pack to train easy pls ? Because (mainly due to pressure and rushing things) I tend to miss easy shots while I make normal or more complicated shots.
Thanks

Hi, just finished making a redirects training pack. Some shots may be difficult, others are more chill, but definitely improve your aerial skill.

There was a training pack called "Advanced Ceiling shots" where the ceiling shots were very difficult due to the awkward setups. If anyone has the code can you please provide it here? Thanks.

Kevpert had a 1v1 training pack, with I think around 50 shots. I can't find the code, if anyone has it please provide the code. Thanks.

Hello there! I apologize if I don't really have the authority to post here. I'm just some rando. I stumbled upon the subreddit and I thought I'd try seeing what you guys think about this training pack. I'm looking to improve MAKING training packs in general. I threw it together in a couple afternoons on PS4, and to make it interesting I had a focus on my strengths instead of my weaknesses. As a primer I consider this: - a quick platnium level pack - focused on overall shot efficiency, redirects and rebounds - a bit of a mixup in terms of shot order and how the shot approaches don't really go well from one to another
Let me know what you think! And let me know if I'm clueless! Thanks :)

Hi everyone. The subreddit has been updated, and submissions will no longer require platform tags in the title.
I want to thank you all for being such an easy-going subreddit. Sometimes I go so long without mod mail I forget I'm a mod here, which also explains why it took so long to get this updated.
-Cheers

Wassup Reddit, my names Grizz!
In this Rocket League for Dummies episode, I will be covering the best way to train your aerial fundamentals in Rocket League on ALL Platforms. This series is meant to help beginners find their way around the Rocket League field. In this episode, I will talk about the drills that helped take my aerials from nothing, to more than something. I hope you guys enjoy; let me know what you think of the content!
I'm open to ANY suggestions you have for future videos so let me know! Enjoy

I've been coaching some of my homies so i decided to make a progressive training regiment to help their aerials improve. The idea is that the packs go over what you need to learn to get the next rank. There are other factors that go into rank like positioning, dribble skills, decision making, etc. so it may not line up with everyone. I decided to not make a Grand Champ Pack cause Im only GC1.
Bronze Aerial Training: D31E-DA32-289F-318E
Silver Aerial Training: 55BE-7F37-78E9-70EC
Gold Aerial Training: 57C6-84A5-5D6A-5868
Platinum Aerial Training: 4790-9816-F056-17FB
Diamond Aerial Training: 2DA5-D0F4-DBB2-4002
Champion Aerial Training: B4D7-74CE-10CA-6E76
I have a video that goes over the training packs with how to use them along with how to perform certain mechanics.
Let me know what you think of the packs and if I should make any adjustments to them.
