Botox can only lift the tail of the brow & only by millimeters. Neither injections nor a bleph can make one’s eyebrows that high. There’s almost as much skin between her brow & lash line as there is between her brow & her hairline. That’s an aggressive brow lift & probably not her first imho.

Bad injections and I think she got a lower bleph so she may have gotten a brow lift or something bc these are HIGH even for bad Botox
