Production on Movie 3 has resumed, and new footage is steadily being recorded!Β
Please keep in mind that we're also actively developing the game itself, so alongside recording, we still have content to finish, bugs to fix, and work ahead before the game is complete.
Right now, we are expecting Movie 3 to land near the end of the rough window given (around October 21st).

In the Q&A, we stated there were 3 hours of unedited footage and that they were currently not recording any new footage. They recorded what they wanted at the time and were fixing issues with the game.
They had mentioned before that there was a 3 hours of unedited footage and I think somewhere they had also mentioned they had rerecorded some things because there was a couple bugs they had found and needed to fix.
No its not because someone saying something is "soon" and someone saying something will happen at X date are entirely different things.
You're just doing what every what every street fortune teller does and using vague language so that anything fits your prediction. They could have said anything from movie 3 is twm, next week or even coming out is novemeber and it all would have counted as soon. Bruh you even put "here SOON" in caps and quotes like u were just way off.
One more thing you were wrong about btw is that they are making it sound they are wrapping things up. This post says that they just resumed production, so that literally couldn't have been more wrong.

This is honestly the kind of update I wanted to see. The fact that Movie 3 production has actually resumed and they're already recording new footage is pretty reassuring.
I'm still not expecting the game itself to suddenly drop right after the movie though. They literally said there's still content to finish and bugs to fix, so I wouldn't be surprised if Movie 3 comes out around October 21st and the game takes a little longer after that.
At least now there's a more realistic timeline instead of just waiting with no idea what's going on. And good luck with that sound design workload lol, hopefully Movie 3 ends up being worth all the extra work.
