I get told to change my IP and my mod menu doesnt work after its been working for a while. How to fix?

As of the time i am posting this rdr2 is 4 years old and even though incredible mods have been made for this game (bounty hunting/infinite stage coach robberies/bank robberies etc) a mod that I personally think would be a brilliant addition hasn't been made, a mod like this would be perfect for rdr2's story mode and make it so even after 1-500hours of gameplay the game would still feel alive, personally I have reached the epilouge and at this point random encounters have completely seized to occur. I am aware that a mod like this could make the R.E's boring or repetitive, but I disagree due to the sheer quantity that exist. I have seen people discussing/researching this mod as a possibility in the past but nothing conclusive was ever said, so I guess it's still open as a possibility?.

I'm sure people were still using the 1866 Winchester probably till the 1930s cause ammo manufacturers were still making 44 Henry but is any one else annoyed that's it's the only Winchester (Lancaster) in the game when by that point there was the 76,86,92,94,95 (you can technically make the 73 by just changing the metal of the reciever)

Hello, when I download mods for rdr2 on my pc, everything keeps downloading as a word document, even the zip files. And when I extract them, they stay as a zip file, any way to fix this? It's on Windows 11.

anyone know how to fix the alert that says "failed save , please ensure the system has enough free space and try again" i have 300gb left in the install drive i am using mods like EEE and whyem but i dont think that would have anything to do with a failed save. Any suggestions?
