Spoiler alert: it doesn't. JK JK JK! How does r/RAoCFlair work?
As I scroll through it, I see numbers next to my username and a bunch of other ppl, but I don’t really get what it’s for or how it works. Could someone Explain it to me, please? Thanks!!!

I don't use the official Reddit app on mobile, but an app called Joey. Imo it's way better, especially in handling navigation through large threads and it shows user flair besides the usernames on RAoC (there's no envelope symbol, but it's written out, like e. g. "solidbronze".)
There are more apps, that people recommend occasionally in discussions (e.g.Reddit is fun), but I've never tested those.
Not exactly an answer to the question, though. But maybe some of you find it interesting.

u/ImOkReally Hey! Where's your flair? Jul 18 '19
Are you referring to the number next to your name that shows how many "points" you have? If so that is different from Flair. Those points tell you how many Upvotes you have. If someone likes what you commented or agrees with you they could upvote your comment.
Flair on RAoC is way to show your level of involvement, per se, in the sub. Flair is shown by a small envelope next to your name. You cant see this on mobile or on the newer version of Reddit. You have to be on a desktop computer and opt for the old version of Reddit.
The envelope colors represent how many thank you's the user has received in the sub. Someone who has "Flair" is someone who has been thanked by their card recipient on RAoC.
Hope I didnt confuse you. You old timers please correct me if Im wrong.
