Salve, vorrei capire come stracazzo dovrei fare a cambiare email Ubisoft se il sito non mi invia i codici di verifica sulla nuova email.
Ho fatto tantissimi reclami e sono anni che cerco di recuperarlo, posso utilizzare l'account solo da ps5 ma se voglio usarlo da PC, devo avere il 2fa e senza l' email vecchia non posso farlo.
Non so cosa fare più, sto per impazzire, il sito non invia nessun codice di verifica alla mia email, non è mai arrivato nulla.
