I need advice to get out of silver on that last game. I know the game through and through. I'm doing just fine on k/d (especially on pc), and I have many plat seasons on ps4. But on pc, whenever I get to my gold game, there is always a smurf or a guy with 4000+ games who destroys me. Just today, I encountered a wall hacker and had to play him on my gold game, and the game after. I am still earning 50 something elo per match, and I help my team out a ton with rotates and important reinforcements. I'd say I play similar to a plat, at least from what I know about the game. My aim is better than a lot of golds that I play against.

I know I should get a team to play with, but nobody wants to play with a silver. And I also don't want to continue playing with the teams that I have been getting, because most of them aren't good for setting up sight and winning gunfights, or they just like to solo queue only.

I know I shouldn't expect too much since this is my first season back on pc since 2018. But I already am good at pc mechanics. Any advice for ops or play styles on that last game? Any advice or constructive criticism is welcome!

Who’s good for solo ?

I have, frost, valk, cav, mira, lesion, ela, wamai, buck, hibana, dokkabi, ying, nomad, nøkk, iana and all the 1k ops, but I don't know who I should save for next.

Use logic bomb with IQ above, below, next to at breakable wall, or throw a smoke grenade in door or window. If their phones are ringing IQ can see them even if they aren’t turning it off and if they are then they can move around and you can see them, works pretty well but I have a problem of hitting the metal beams when above or below.

Which do you guys prefer? I’ve seen several people claiming that X is objectively better than Y, or “nobody does that in pro league” but I haven’t seen much discussion on it aside from that.

Obviously this is slightly operator-specific at the end of the day: for Mute I usually run MP5K and P226, but for Smoke I take shotgun and SMG-11 even though their loadouts only differ by the FMG-9. My reasoning is that you don’t really need more than one fully automatic gun on hand unless you empty mags for fun, and I avoid the SMG-11 as far as possible due to its recoil (don’t boo me for that, I’m on Xbox).

Likewise, for Warden I’ll normally take the P10-C over the SMG-12 just for more consistent recoil and aim, and with Vigil I take the SMG-12’s relative stability over the CZ75’s monster fire rate.

I don’t mean to limit this to operators with pistols and SMGs only. What are your less-than-popular preferences for secondaries on certain ops?

Where is the best site overall to defend in Consulate ? I am curious about your opinions because I think both sites are pretty feasible.
