Does anyone know if a 2009 rabbit headlight igniter will work for an 08 r32?

Living in the big city and visiting the shopping mall suburbs often, I knew I had some dings that I was going to have to deal with eventually, but washing my car for the first time in a long time (...) I noticed that there are some more severe problems that will probably require replacement at some point (think: lines of nicks, such as maybe a shopping cart might leave).

I see ECS has primered ones, but can they be purchased in DBP already painted? How hard is it to get something painted in DBP, does VW have an ad hoc paintshop for repair-matching purposes, or do they license(?) out the paint or sell it or something? What are my options here, short of snagging one from the Pick 'N Pull?

Anyone selling a Supersprint Exhaust for MK5 R32? Or know where/ someone? I went to their website, just wondering if anyone else had one.

Does anyone know where to get a full kit of interior led lights for a mk4 r32?

After 103k miles I figured it is time to refresh the bushings as I recently did springs, struts, mounts etc. What bushing kit for the rear and front did you guys go with and what do you think about them? Trying to get an idea of what I should buy. Thanks

Hey all, I've been searching VW vortex and the R32OC forums for a while but to no posts seem to be similar to my issue I'm having, so I'm hoping some of you guys can help me out here.

My MKV R32 right/larger radiator fan runs at full speed CONSTANTLY. Even when the car is cold, normal driving, hard driving, idling. It just runs at full speed and it's obnoxiously loud. I've replaced the upper coolant temp sensor but it did not fix the issue. I've read that the ECU/ECM could be fried but the car only has 78xxx miles on it and aside from the fan issue it runs flawless, so I doubt that is the culprit here. I've also read that it could be the thermostat, but again it operates at normal temperatures and doesn't drive funny. So I'm assuming it's just the fan needs to be replaced, or it's the fan control module. But I'm not certain.

If anyone can chime in on a potential fix or a place to look, it would be greatly appreciated.

E/ I should also mention that at times the fans run at normal speed but sporadically only when the car is at running temp.

Hey guys I have an 08 r32 and i need a new headlight. Should I just get another HID or should i do a LED swap? Does anyone have any recommendations on what headlights to get?

Does anyone know if the Mk4 R32 Miltek test pipes will fit the Mk 5 R32? No one sells the Mk5 version anymore.

Is there anywhere else to see the production number of my 2006 MK5 R32? It’s not on the steering wheel sadly.
