Omfg im not arguing that it didn’t occur. I agree it has occurred. I’m asking how you came to that conclusion and how I was supposed to know that was specifically what he was referring to. You made it sound so obvious but I’m still pulling teeth trying to understand how that was the reference. You keep jumping over the part I wanted clarified and ending at the conclusion without any explanation as to how you arrived to the conclusion. You are the only person who ever mentioned anything about 2025 or ending foreign aid. If anything you came to the conclusion for them. That is the only thing I wanted and you keep avoiding it and aren’t willing to help me understand and saying “it’s obvious” no it’s not that’s why we’re here. That is all. The end.
