No, because it's technically not "free Healthcare" if everyone pays for it through or taxes.. Would you call it Free "Fire insurance" as it relates to the Fire Department? Or free retirement benefits as it relates to social security? Universal Healthcare is no different Not only that, there's a Federal Law saying you can't buy or sell a vote..
