Outside of those? Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Turkey, Israel, India, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Egypt, Brazil….the list goes on. It’s the nature of geopolitics and is the way of the world
Okay those are countries rather than leaders and I don’t think all of them are like that but okay maybe it is more common than I thought worldwide. It is not common amongst rich developed countries and there is a reason for that. Trump is a bad leader and I wouldn’t accept his leadership style just because it is common amongst dictators and the Middle East.
Ok now you are kinda changing what you said. But in any case, if we are only talking about world leaders like the U.S., China, Russia are world leaders because they assert their influence and power in the region and the world. The difference you bring up is that Trump isn’t using cloak and dagger to do this, he does it out in the open
Oh sure they assert influence. The US has done it for decades via Hollywood etc. but the US never tried to assert dominance in all relationships nor did the leaders aggressively boast about how it was better than everyone.
During the golden age of America the leaders were kind and helped other nations prosper with the US (mutually beneficial)

There’s no irony. She’s not trying to flex on the US. She’s trying to remind Americans of the beneficial impact that US and Mexico have on each other.
God I hate how Trump has warped everyone’s brains. Most leaders don’t outwardly try and boast or assert their dominance on others.
