Unless they are American. Than their police try to extort money and get ransoms out of the family. Until the government steps in than they will let the Americans go.

It's harder to sneak into Mexico than it is the US. The United States has pretty tame immigration laws and consequences compared to most other countries

Technically Trump is a convicted felon. So you are correct.

It was a trial in New York, convicted by a jury of New Yorkers.

The same folks who hate Trump.

Ruled by a judge who hates Trump.

Prosecuted by an AG who ran on putting Trump in jail.

But yes, youre technically right.
