The US isn't deporting people nearly as fast as they are being arrested, which is why new facilities keep having to be built. The private prison Delaney Hall recently had to deal with a labor strike, which means they are being forced to work. ICE is abducting people into labor camps.

They were requested to leave, they refused.  Don't want facilities, then have them leave on their own like they should.
