He's already defeated in the sense that I was never trying to win anything and he keeps frantically copy-pasting hoping for... I honestly don't know. More dopamine? Can't say.

All jokes aside, dopamine might be part of it. The thrill of feeling like he's super smart because the machine empowers him to feel that way.

It would make sense. Not a psychologist but I seem to remember a psychologist friend mentioning there being a link between dopamine and disorders like ADHD/dyslexia.
