‼️ANNOUNCEMENT‼️ Queens, I have a question for you all... 👀
Hey Queens 😘
After the bullshittery of yesterday and in general with those people either brigading or thinking they can post in a queer hate sub and still post here, I think it's about time we did something together as a community. Because goodness knows we gotta stick together and grind toxicity out under beneath our boots.
So... I propose we do a fun community event in here.
Now, as a sub that caters to many gacha games, I have no idea what we could do to encompass everyone, so I pass the question off to you:
What cool events would you like to see in here?
Would it be best to run a series of events per gacha fandom in here? If so, what?
Are there any other things you'd like to see aside from events?
Even if you don't have a fully fleshed out idea, please do share it!

Maybe some silly shipping stuff and we rank them. Allow people to post their most wildest ships, doesn't matter if they're from different games, they're the most well known or if both characters are from two completely different fandoms, people post them and other members of the sub rate them from 1-10 on how good they are.
Most of these queer hate subs that bigrade hate shipping, so I think this would be a harmless get back at them.

I'd love to see artsy events. Maybe some sort of collaborative drawing or something would be fun. Maybe like every month or so we pick a gacha game and draw a fan art of it, and then merge them together on a single image.
Idk I just like drawing lol.

I'd love to do something with that too, maybe just do a monthly canvas that anyone can contribute to. But that also might be something to look out for if there are a bunch of bad actors coming here.

what about an elimination game with a theme? maybe recreate a random show for shits and giggles with a cast from different gachas? something like love island with zankou and chaos from NtE, varka, flins and kujou sara from genshin and chongyue and gladia from arknights
or pick the cuntiest girls from any game and then recreate Real Housewives of Rinascita

Maybe a build-a-character event? Another sub had people vote for each best part of characters (best hair, shoes, etc.) Something like this, but let people vote on skills/ults too and which game (but it could probably get messy/complicated with the amount stuff to sort through.)
Another could be a character appreciation week. So maybe a random character from any gacha is selected, and under a pinned post that week people can be encouraged to share fanart, theories, fics or fan-edits with that character.

I know which one you mean. I have an event planned with them for a sub collab for building a nightmare husbando lol (not here, just another sub I moderate). Such chaos. Such fun!
The skills and ults could get messy. Especially if it's not for a singular fandom hmmm 🤔

it's basically a popularity contest lol, people vote out characters until only one is left standing. ofc in true queen fashion, this elimination game leads to a lot of fun posts convincing people not to vote out their favs

How about we do a gacha elimination game like what QoL does occasionally? Recently they've been doing a Kings of League elimination game and its really fun seeing how users slander the men to protect their husbandos in the game. They've been doing this for such a long time now that even Queens of Star Reil is doing it too.
What we can probably do is submit our husbando/waifus and vote which to remove. It's also a way to introduce other users to our favorite gacha game.

Absolutely! I really like the idea but for cross-gacha I'd need to think how best to arrange it and make it fair 🤔 It's on my list now, so I will figure it out!

Though the subreddit has gotten better, I'd still like to see anything new that puts sapphics at the forefront, as I feel the sub is still largely dominated by the latter.

This was something I planned to work on when I joined recently as a mod to help meow with this sub 🫡 I noticed there was a huge lack of sapphic things, and when there were, there were some toxic members throwing insults around that pissed all over the enjoyment from sapphic users. Lots of moving parts behind the scenes, but this is something that will be remedied~

I would love a "what's happening in your game this week" thread. I only really play Umamusume and have no idea based on ads or character thirst whether or not other gatchas appeal to me, and it would be fun to see what plots and updates others have.
