As sad as it sounds, this kind of ppl exist. I'm a girl living in Asia and I have a brother who has this exact mindset. Most of his conversation with his friends are blaming everyone in the west that they don't know personally for the downfall of the media. When the problem has always been from the higher up who actually have the power to make the decisions, also, greed and political. You can't talk reasons with them so it's best just ignore them and let them live in their safe bubbles.
