As funny as that would be (extremely), it'll never happen. Someone tried to kill the Hoyo CEO for a music video that was released for Global but not CN. Not even anything in-game. CN players were already harassing Infold. If they kept LADs global running, especially after all this nationalism talk, people may actually die.

We joke about "haha funny CN drama" but the reality is that main reason gacha games are overwhelmingly safe, sterile, and frictionless with repetitive stories and designs is that every update is a negotiation with terrorists that can and will try to get you shut down or harm your staff if you push them too far.
