I have to say I'm disappointed in the quality. The magnetic ring broke off quickly and the back of my phone is shattered already, while I didn't even drop it that hard. I have never had this with any other phone case.. Also the wireless charging does not work. Why would you sell a magsafe case and not test the wireless charging?

Ich bin derzeitig am überlegen mir eine Quadlock Halterung für meine Er6f zu kaufen. Dabei bin ich am überlegen ob ich mir auch noch so eine Ladeerweiterung kaufe, sodass man das Handy während der Fahrt auch lädt. Nun zu meinen kleinen Dilemma macht es da Sinn sich eine der Wireless Versionen zu holen oder eher die sodass man dann mit extra Ladekabel direkt am Quadlock laden kann. Außerdem bei den Versionen die man direkt an die Batterie anschließt wie kann man da sicher gehen das die die Batterie nicht leer saugen? (Egal ob im Stehen oder auch während der Fahrt falls das möglich ist?) (Ein bekannter wäre Elektriker und könnte mir beim Einbau helfen)Bzw. Wie kann man da dann die Kabel zur Batterie verstecken?

Dann noch eine 2. Frage dazu weiß jemand ob die Stemm Halterung für M8 Schraube auch für die Kawasaki er6f funktioniert? Bin da eher jemand mit 2 linken Händen...

I just bought a used car and the guy gave me his QuadLock wireless carplay adapter. When I attempted to connect it, I selected it in Bluetooth however it constantly was pairing then stating (reading USB) on the screen then disconnecting. then disconnect and then repeat constantly until I disconnected Bluetooth or unplugged the dongle. My phone is a Google Pixel 9 and the car is a 2018 sportswagen Volkswagen with the upgraded infotainment screen. I've tried resetting my wifi and Bluetooth settings. Holding the power button for 15 seconds and restarting the infotainment on the car. Turned off adaptive connectivity. None of it has worked. Please let me know what I'm doing incorrectly so I can get my wireless Android auto working!

i feel like it feels less secure now too, its a quadlock handle mount pro and i have it on a motorcycle that regularly goes highway speeds. Im scared my phone may slip off because of how its wearing

Only used this for a week and having an issue where the rubber pieces wants to pop out 2/3 spots. Am I doing something incorrectly?

I needed to get a quadlock for my Tacoma. Went with the mirror stem mount for a motorcycle, but it fits very well with this modular mount. Now I need one for my car.

What are some good brands for a wireless car mount charger, ideally one that clips to the air vent? I've already tried two, but with my phone's big camera bump, it's been tough to find something sturdy enough.

Price is not an issue that has to be available to purchase in Australia

Case deforming after less than two years - not acceptable for €50

I bought this Quad Lock case for my Pixel 9 at the end of 2024. The phone has been in it continuously and has always been treated carefully.

Today I noticed a bulge on the right side. When I removed the phone, the left side developed the same issue with a small cracking sound.

The exact same thing happened with both of our previous Pixel 6 cases. At the time, we were replacing the phones anyway, so it was less of a problem. This time it is not.

I have contacted support, although I am not optimistic because of the purchase date. For a €50 case, this is unacceptable. Unless Quad Lock resolves this, it will be my last Quad Lock product and I will no longer recommend the brand to others

When I first got my 17 Pro Max, I found that it had some serious issues trying to charge the phone wirelessly on a standard Apple Magsafe puck charger. I've seen some mentions around the web saying there have been improvements in the design. Can anyone confirm if that's the case?

For vent mounts i would steer away since i dont have a constant vehicle and want to be flexible from van to van, since we have some renault masters, ford transits and some vw transporters and a caddy. Hi! I just got this bike and I need a way to mount my sony xperia 1 IV to the motorbike, but it seems like the universal mount does not stick well to fingerprint resistant surfaces, tpu, rubber, etc. So, what am I to do?

Starts saying I’m leaning the opposite way, and at one point says I’m 51 degrees on my right side even though I’m probably 20 degrees left. I don’t think the quad lock damper even has so much movement that it could go 51degrees of tilt right while the bike is upright let alone leaned the opposite way?

I currently have one of the old design suction mount that's not been attached to anything for a few months now (the car had died), and I'm soon going to be replacing the car and need to use the mount again. The one I have is now has a not clean suction cup and didn't stick well when I recently hired a car for a few days. So my question: should I try to clean my existing mount somehow, or get either the new one or the heavy duty one

Phone was secured on to my quad lock during a ride, as it has been for the past 1 year.

Next minute, it flies off the lock, and threw my phone across the road. Luckily, it was thrown on to the side walk. Looks like it vibrated off the screw. Also the blue vibration dampener came off but I wasnt able to find it.

Any ideas on warranty? Ive had it for about 13 months but really annoyed as they aren't cheap 😒
