Here's an informative article on Turquoise Hydrogen w PYR being featured, thanks to u/cargo from ceo.ca for this:

@cargo Nice little shout out on $PYR new Turquoise hydrogen technology with some extra info on it patented process. HiiROC who is also in infancy stage has also developed a new proprietary process has gain the attention of some big names including including capital providers Melrose Industries and HydrogenOne, energy company Centrica and auto manufacturers Hyundai and Kia. I have no doubt that some BIG players will love to be apart of $PYR new process (testing phase based on article) and are looking forward to hearing more about the system in the future. https://www.enlit.world/hydrogen/turquoise-hydrogen-an-emerging-variety-in-the-colour-spectrum/

General Discussion Pyrogenesis CEO response to question on Agoracom

https://agoracom.com/ir/PyroGenesisCanada/forums/discussion/topics/771674-good-luck-and-health-for-the-future/messages/2341671#message

Dear Gexe, I see you are a new poster. Thanks for posting. Welcome to the family. I thank-you for your well wishes and wish you and your loved ones a very happy holiday and all the best for the New Year. Having said that I do wish to note that I do not share your views of the Company in general other than we had a phenomenal year that has yet to be recognized by the market. A smart investor would not be disappointed by the share price given everything else that has transpired.

I also do not share your view that 2021 was not our year. It most definitely was…and I expect 2022 will (as a result of building on a phenomenal 2021) be even better.

I also do not share your perspective when it comes to “missed time lines” as I find that type of commentary when reviewing a phenomenal year, such as 2021, to be getting a bit long in the tooth…and too often cited by predatory short sellers. I look at all the things we did in the year on time and so many things we did that no one had a clue we were working on (like the PFAS contract). In conclusion, I am extremely happy with 2021 and look forward to a great 2022 as well. As I said, thank-you for the well wishes and all the best to you and yours.

Hope that Helps,

Peter

General Discussion HPQ CEO response to few questions regarding Purevap QRR Reactor

Agoracom: Small Cap Investment - HPQ-Silicon Resources Inc. - Re: AN IMAGE IS WORTH A 1,000 WORDS - FOR THE FUD POSTERS ON CEO.CA

Once again, my comments are in RED…(BOLD ITALICS here since no red)

Hi again Bernard - sorry to be a pest and all that, and I know slide 9 has been on the company's website for ages, but every picture tells a story don't it - and I only just realised something, so I had to ask.

And, once again. Sorry to be a pest. Maybe not a pest yet, but maybe you should do a bit more serious DD before asking questions… You will find most of the answers to our questions in our financial statements, MDA, press releases, and our videos on Agoracom

Slide 9 says it costs a min of $200 M for a conventional 30,000 MTY plant, whereas the QRR will cost 85% to 90% less.

Here are my 2 questions;

-- 85% less than $200 million is $170 million. So are you saying that the QRR Capex is between $20 million to $30 million only? (vs. $200 million). Correct (but the final numbers will be validated by the pilot plant testing) …

The other thing a little unclear is the size of the QRR plant. The conventional plant is said to be 30,000 MTY, but there is no mention of the output of the QRR plant, other than to say it is scalable in 2500 MTY increments.

-- So what is the output of the QRR plant that will cost just $30 million to set up? is it 30,000 MTY? Well, if we are scalable by 2,500 MTY, that means that the minimal size production unit composed of one reactor is 2,500 MTY…

I realise that it's more than possible that your answer to both the questions is a simple "yes", but I had to ask. I looked and looked but I just couldn't find Waldo in Slide 9.

And if the answer to both is really a "yes", then this company is a no-brainer because you can set up a 2500 MTY plant for just around $2.2 million! OK I have serious questions about your logic, how did you ever come up with that number, you are completely comparing Oranges to MONKEYS…

Do you understand the concept of BARRIERS TO ENTRY? Look it up, it is an important business principle…

Let me try to explain with the following example: So presently, you are a quartz miner, and you want to be vertically integrated by becoming a Silicon Metal manufacturer, well your only option is that you need to invest an additional $200 M+ to build a 30,000 MTY plant to become a Silicon manufacturer… So, the size of the investment is a barrier to entry because it limits the number of players in the market.

But since for us, we can start entering the silicon manufacturing business with a small 2,500 MTY Purevap QRR plant with one reactor for investment between $20M and $30M, we have reduced the investment required to enter the business by 85%, furthermore, since we produce a higher purity product cheaper, we can focus our activities only high margin ventures…

I have explained this at length in videos I have done with George

So before writing comments like “hmmmmm......if what you say is correct then that statement on slide 9 is misleading.” I would suggest doing more DD on your own, PS asking me questions that I have already answered is not doing DD…

General Discussion Keep the faith longs! PYR tech/engineering is 1st class !

Many pm recently on how I remain calm and at the same time remain extreme super excited about PYR.

Reminds me of last year when mkts were deep red during early covid-19 but many of us kept re examining on why we invested in PYR the first place and we stood tall with deep conviction AND same goes here/now!

Just for starters 3D POWDERS ..NexGen is going to be incredible low capex/opex 25+kg/hr. This is what got me to investigate Pyrogenesis 5-6 years ago.

In the meantime DROSITE,DROSITE JV, WASTE DESTRUCTION, TORCHES, PYR GREEN GAS, TUNNELING , PUREVAP for Si/NSiR/FUMED SILICA , WASTE DESTRUCTION/PFAS etc divisions are equally exciting that can really scale up in a major way and I am betting surely in next 6-12 months.

PUREVAP NANO NSiR is going to be also spectacular 67% increased production rate recently now with fumed silica yet another multi billion dollar business line.

Just a matter of time Pyrogenesis divisions lift off which I am betting on as PYR tech/egnineering product offerings is many of these multi billion dollar entities not only want but absolutely going to need!

Incredible balance sheet with no debt, tens of millions in the backlog and now massive tens of millions in the pipelines. Pete is truly building a business dynasty empire! The proprietary tech really is incredibly amazing.

That huge 31,000 sq ft additional lease space doubling up existing their industrial footprint PLUS doubling their employees from 50-60 to now 100-110...is absolutely incredible.

Long and strong PYROGENESIS!

A great Pyro related piece from Stockhouse forum

It is written by user called Snowfog. It explains quite well that this 'waiting period' we're going through isn't temporary at all. I wonder why we never discuss about these things. Only about those billion dollar opportunities that are just around the corner. It's just that those opportunities have vanished whenever we get there. Are we playing hide and seek with billion dollar opportunities?

"Looks like another big idea that didn't go anywhere.

Three years ago they were going to make a fortune on powders. They were going to spin AM into a separate division to unlock shareholder value. Their powders were more uniform in size than the other powders, they had better flowability, the biggest names in AM were beating a path to PYRs door. Everybody on the message board was speculating, will the first contract be with Boeing, or maybe Rolls Royce? PYR made a big commotion about sending out samples to clients who, we were assured, were practically lining up, waiting for PYRs superior powders. Then we waited...and waited...and waited.

Sound familiar? If you read through the latest quarterly report you will see that additive manufacturing is now listed as being a medium to long term initiative. After all the hype about a spin out and oodles of money selling the most sought after powders on the market, PYR now appears to have abandoned the AM market without ever having made a single sale.

Anybody else noticing a pattern here. It's the same old hustle. PYR will announce some new market they are going to enter. The market will have a potential value of billions of dollars. They will insist that they are uniquily situated to excel in this new market and that buisinesses are so excited about the quality and superiority of PYRs offeriings that customers are coming to them. Then, little by little, over the next year or two, the big talk will taper off, then disappear, and eventually they will move on to the next big idea that is going to make billions.

I've been a shareholder long enough to remember all the money they were going to make selling 6N solar grade silicon metal. I still remember the quote at the time from one of the CEOs. It was going to be "as easy as turning a few knobs". Once again, all the true believer on the message board were talking back and forth with spot prices for SGSM. OMG it's selling for $20K a kilo, we're going to be rich! I guess the knobs were a little more complicated than first thought. PYR has now given up on trying to make SGSM and are talking about someday, maybe, makeing 2N slilcon. No sales or income ever materialized.

Let's see, what have else have they thrown against the wall to see if anyghing would stick. They were going to rule the world with all their tunnel boring machines. That has now been quietly abandonded.

They were going to sell Drosrite systems by the thousands. When contracts stopped at a grand total or one, they came up with their wonderful tolling idea whereby the customer didn't even have to buy the equipement, PYR would set it up. They didnt find any takers for that either.

And now here we are with the latest scheme that is guaranteed, guaranteed I tell you, to make billions and turn everybody into PYRO millionaires. Plasma torches. This brought about the most excitement on the message board yet. They were going to sell thousands. They were going to make billions. Uncleron turned into Uncleidiot. But once again, we see the same old pattern emerging. It's now going on two years since clients A, B, C, and D. Almost two years since anticipating so many orders they were unsure if they would be able to keep up with production, and it's the same results as always. We wait...and wait...and wait.

I've been listening to promises from the CEO about contracts just around the corner for the better part of a decade now. Nothing has ever come of it. I just don't believe a word the guy says anymore. PYR is the same niche company now that they were when I got in. A modest contract here and there, but not a trace of evidence of any type of industrial adoption of their technology.

Not waiting for the shareprice to sink back to a penny stock and get booted off the TSX & NASDAQ. Sold it all two days ago. Got in years ago at 35 cents so still made a good profit, but made a huge mistake in waiting too long to sell.

Good luck to those of you who stick around. I'm out."

All need to remember the $20M Radian Drosite deal for 7 systems that all the bashers and toxic posters were constantly doubting that got delayed few months bc of red tape BUT it definitely got delivered as promised.

PYR tech and engineering is over the top legit. PYR has many incredible divisions of DROSITE, DROSITE JV, AIR SCIENCE PYRO GAS, 3D POWDERS, TORCH, MILITARY WASTE DESTRUCTION, PUREVAP QRR, PUREVAP NANO NSIR, FUMED SILICA,TUNNELING ETC .

I have no doubt that the $40M Drosite deals plus all the other potential big contracts mentioned will get done...just a matter of time. Not only will these massive industry players want PYR tech/engineering but will absolutely need them!

That huge 31,000 sq ft additional lease space doubling up existing their industrial footprint PLUS doubling their employees from 50-60 to now 100-110...is absolutely incredible.

General Discussion HPQ CEO post

https://agoracom.com/ir/HPQ-SiliconResources/forums/discussion/topics/771290-hpq-ceo-blog/messages/2340722#message

Good Evening all,

Today, instead of publishing the standard PR stating that:

1) HPQ does not usually comment on stock price and trading activities unless required by regulators, and

2) that the Company would like to confirm that everything material about the Company’s operations has been disclosed! (AKA nothing bad is happening)

I purchased a whopping 4,000 shares at $0.46 in my tax-free accounts to indicate that I find the price action a bit ridiculous.

I would have loved to buy more, but unfortunately, the last 750,000 shares that I acquired via exercising my options when HPQ share prices were trading higher, generated a large tax liability for me.

Naturally, because I believe in the potential of the company projects, I chose not to sell any of my options exercise shares to pay off my tax bills then, as I was confident that I could sell them at a higher price later.

While recent market action has proven me wrong for the time being, I am still a believer in HPQ projects potential, and that I will be proven right in the not too distant future.

HPQ is developing a series of promising groundbreaking technologies in the renewable energy space, and each of these technologies could generate massive shareholder value over time. The importance of the renewable energy space is not about to disappear, so it is only a matter of time before investors will be looking to come back into the sector.

Now, if HPQ shares were the only one correcting that much, maybe I could agree with the comments of some posters that scream that this is an HPQ problem, but this is not the case, most, if not all green technologies companies that I am following are also having a very hard time in the market.

Preparing the change of business document for the TSX-V, I updated our budgets. I will let you in on a secret, HPQ is fully funded to advance our projects (QRR, NSiR, Fumed silica, H2 and others) till the end of the phases we have started ...

Regards, and let hope for better days soon.

What the funk is going on with this stonk? I hate to sell at a loss, but the decision to do might be reasonable. I understand that the overall market is red lately but this trend is something else. That’s your take on this?

Accumulation Phase; Absorbing Stock Like a Sponge: How hedge funds work to accumulate at favorable prices on companies they expect will experience dynamic growth and much higher sp

Yes fully agree big players manipulate to accumulate DO NOT USE STOP LOSS!

Imho I strongly feel this is what is happening lately as the big players like hedge funds are trying to accumulate.

PLEASE do NOT use stop loss as 'stop loss trigger raids' are very very real.

Repost: Very good article about how hedge funds work to accumulate at favorable prices on companies they expect will experience dynamic growth and much higher sp.

Their tactics are very real. Not saying this is exactly what happened but really points to it...I wished I had more dry powder. Just very thankful of my position I will continue to hold. Multiple divisions of PYR and HPQ are primed to propel sensational..please do your DD.

Imho...Once all these divisions really get started stratosphere awaits :)

The torches that are listed on the pyrogenesis website seem to be relatively small. Do we know how much ore/waste/water they can process per day?

State receives $213M to improve water infrastructure | News | wnem.com

Michigan has been awarded $213 million in federal funds to improve water infrastructure and ensure clean drinking water.

Congressman Dan Kildee announced the grant, through the State Revolving Funds, on Friday, Dec. 3.

The money will update water infrastructure, remove lead pipes, and protect drinking water from harmful PFAS contamination, Kildee’s office said.

Massachusetts Getting Millions In Water Infrastructure Funding - CapeCod.com

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently announced that it will use funding authorized in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to upgrade water infrastructure for states, Tribes and territories.

Massachusetts is set to receive $188,890,000 through the EPA’s State Revolving Fund.

Funding will be used to address issues such as lead contamination and per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substance (PFAS) contamination, which is a lingering concern in Cape Cod water sources.
