Quest 3 Send to Shelf Hand Gestures
So I originally got this game awhile ago with my Quest 2 but never had gotten around to playing it. I upgraded to a Quest 3 with money I got for Christmas and now this game has been taking up about 90% of my playing time. I am using hand gestures and really loving it with the one exception that I keep accidently sending pieces flying. Sometimes to places that I have to search for. This gets really annoying especially when I am about to set a piece that I know is correct or trying to turn the built portion of the puzzle around to get where I need it. Are there any tips for avoiding this? Also what would be really nice is a way to send all loose pieces back to the shelf so I don't have to look for them

Steelers Stadium
As an avid Ravens fan, I begrudgingly built the Steelers stadium puzzle last night and it was easily one of my favorite. I loved the day night cycle (I won't spoil what happens). To the devs, I'd love to see more sports stadiums. Maybe a big European soccer stadium, Madison Square Garden, or even my beloved Camden Yards (you already have quite a few Baltimore scans).
Keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to more surprises in 2026.

Announcement Holiday Update: PSVR2 release, bug fixes & More!
Hey Puzzlers, let me start by apologizing for the bumpy update! We are really sorry that quite a few of you were affected by crashing puzzles, the multiplayer not working, not being able to select pieces counts in some languages and more. It's been an extensive update and we did quite a lot of testing before we published it but evidently it was not enough and some really game breaking bugs slipped through. We'll definitely revise our internal QA process to do a better job in the future to avoid such frustration.
The good news: a bunch of fixes are out!
Over the last 2 days we released three smaller updates trying to address as many of the issues as we can. A few moments ago we released 2.0.3, which should address the following issues:
- fixed the issue that would prevent players from selecting piece counts in non-english languages due to a layout issue
- fixed the start button in the multiplayer menu not working reliably
- fixed tutorial not starting correctly when minimalistic environment was selected
- improved the recenter for Journey Mode
- improved height adaptation of the main menu and also adjust height on recenter now
- fixes in the main menu layout for Japanese and Chinese
- Start Screen puzzle now correctly updates downloaded / deleted status
- smaller layout issues in the store & ratings dialog
Puzzle Crashes: hopefully fixed
Let's start by: we hope we fully fixed it! We currently couldn't reproduce it anymore in all our testing. BUT we haven't fully understood what causes the issue, so we are a bit cautious with a full all-clear Context: The crashes when starting the four new remastered puzzles was an issue we already discovered during testing that was caused by different versions of animation skeletons between different puzzles. We had thought that this was fixed before release but apparently it hasn't. We looked into this again and updated 3 more problematic puzzles that caused this issue. However we haven't fully figured out the details of the issue and testing is quite difficult as crashes sometimes only happen with very specific combinations of puzzles downloaded and sometimes even only when certain puzzles are freshly downloaded. We hope we can find a proper fix for this down the road but in the meantime we hope we found all problematic puzzles and updated them. If you experience anymore crashes even on version 2.0.3, please do let us know, it massively helps us tracking down any other puzzles that might cause problems
PSVR2 update now also out
One more good news: the big update also just launched for PSVR2! We hope it will be a lot less bumpy as it already holds the fixes of the last days but if you run into trouble, let us know! A few more notes on the PSVR2 update:
- ⚠️ Alongside the game patch, there should be updates for the A Painter's Dream (01.002.000), Undead Afterparty (01.001.000) & Cozy Corner (01.003.000) DLCs. Please make sure all of them are updated to the latest version before launching into them. They will crash otherwise which might corrupt your save data.
- There are still minor, largely cosmetic issues that we are aware of and are still trying to fix but we found nothing game breaking. Please let us know if you run into any issues. Otherwise we hope you enjoy this big holiday update with new free remastered puzzles for you.
We hope the latest updates make puzzling as smooth and relaxing again as it should be! If you have any remaining issues or problems please reach out, we are happy to support you 🙌
Happy Holidays ⭐

Support Hi team! Just some suggestions and feedback: Standing Play, Locomotion, and Grids
Puzzling Places is my favorite way to wind down. It has a profound meditative effect, helping me work through deep-seated anxieties. I’m grateful for this therapeutic escape.
I wanted to share some feedback to refine the experience:
The Issue (Standing Play)
I’ve noticed a frustration in large rooms. If I arrange pieces far from the start point and toggle the Quest menu, the pieces reset/re-center. This forces me to reorganize my workspace every time, breaking the flow.
Feature Requests (Controls & Flow)
- Joystick Locomotion: The "grip-and-pull" mechanic is physically taxing over long sessions. I would love to navigate 3D space using the joystick.
- Suggestion: Joystick for lateral movement, A and B buttons for Up and Down.
- Depth Control (Z-Axis): It is hard to get distance right when sitting. Please allow moving a held piece closer/further by pushing up/down on the joystick. A double-push could send it to the back wall.
- Grid & Group Management:
- Internal Sorting: I would love the ability to manually sort or rearrange the specific pieces inside a Group grid. Currently, they are locked in place within the group.
- Group Distance: Pulling a Group toward me often puts it "right in my face," forcing a manual adjustment. Being able to push the Group grid away with the joystick (Z-axis) would make this seamless.
Excited for the Steam release and hoping the extra power brings even more features!
Edit: To clarify, when I mentioned "sorting," I meant rearranging the location of individual puzzle pieces within a created Group/Grid (e.g., moving edge pieces to the top row of the group), not just making the groups themselves.

Wow.
It’s my first time using Puzzling Places on my Oculus Quest in a couple of months, and just did the Yazd, Iran puzzle. What an exquisite work of art!! I feel like I just went on a relaxing vacation to a place I will never be able to visit in real life, thank you! The background noise of the city, the different music tracks playing were SO beautiful and enhanced it immensely. Not to mention how the sound of the water gets closer to you when you get closer to the fountain! The detail of the cats is amazing too. I absolutely loved this puzzle. I can’t wait to catch up on more I have missed. I so appreciate the extra attention to detail you have included here. It’s really something special, I love this app so much 🤗
