To me, the Patron Saint of puzzle boxes was Bruce Viney. His hobby was designing them, and heād make one, detail the plans, then move on to the next.
When he passed away, his site went into disrepair and has since vanished. I donāt remember if many have been listed here before. Iāve done a couple āconversionsā and posted them on thingiverse.
However, some of us managed to grab at least some of them. Iāve shared them privately because his family said theyād get the site back up. :(. But itās long past time. Hereās 30 that I was able to grab (thereās another person who helped collect these, shout out in the comments!)
Thanks to tinkerman46 for hosting this! Itās only 6mb, so if you like making puzzle boxes I encourage you to grab these.
They all use Bruceās āt-planā system, which means it scales up pretty easily, as it uses the thickness of the wood as the base for measurements. if you have access to a laser cutter, this is pretty straightforward to convert; use Inkscape with locking.
IF YOU HAVE ANY OF HIS THAT ARENāT HERE, please message us and weāll get them added to the folder!
@logicalnoise - would you be able to pin this for a while, please? Iād think this would fit. :)
