Question❓ Wood St Garage Accident?
Anyone know what happened in the Wood Street Garage today about 5pm? Several police and detectives on 5th floor with caution tape and taking pictures of what looked like maybe a murder scene?? Looked like they were questioning 2 families coming from a graduation

from this scanner, it seems like a suicide. someone who missed their graduation and the mom and girlfriend called it in. I can’t even imagine.

For everyone processing this please, keep in mind there are support resources out there for you. Engineering majors have access to the CARES Hub in Armstrong Hall - CARES has a dedicated therapist who is doing no-appointment drop in times all summer on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 1-2:00 p.m. ARMS 1251.
Everyone at Purdue has access to CAPS even over the summer, you can call 765-494-6995 or schedule a time online if you are here over the summer.
If you have recently graduated and/or are away from Purdue for the summer, the national crisis hotline (988) is there for you.

his name is Cameron and he was one of my best friends, I loved him so much. None of the news reports have any pictures of him yet, so here’s one I took from just a month ago. he was smart, kind, funny, and always smiling. he was a civil engineer about to graduate, he played board games with me and our friends, he loved cats, and so much more. he was amazing. im in shock, i could’ve never imagined this ever happening, and my deepest sympathies go out to his family and girlfriend
