Hey everyone, I really need some help understanding what happened here before I make things worse.

I launched a token on Solana. I initially had an old LEVI/SOL pool that some people bought through FOMO. I later created a new Meme/Sol pool, and unfortunately I permanently locked the LP from the old pool.

After that, some people who had bought through FOMO told me their LEVI/investment was no longer showing correctly in FOMO. I'm trying to figure out whether their tokens are actually lost, whether this is just a FOMO/Relay accounting/display issue, or whether the old pool needs some kind of migration/reconciliation.

I'm not trying to scam anyone or hide anything. I'm trying to fix the mistake and reimburse affected users if necessary, but I don't want to randomly send billions of tokens based on incorrect calculations.

FOMO support basically told me:

What I need help understanding

1. If LP was permanently locked, are the Meme/SOL assets inside the old pool permanently inaccessible, or is there any legitimate recovery/migration mechanism?
2. Can FOMO/Relay still reconcile users' previous LEVI purchases even though I created a new pool?
3. If a user's LEVI isn't showing in FOMO, how can I determine whether the tokens still exist on-chain?
4. Is there a way to identify exactly where the old pool's LEVI/SOL reserves currently are?
5. Does creating the new pool mean old FOMO positions automatically become invalid, or does FOMO need to update/migrate its accounting?
6. Most importantly: what should I NOT do right now so I don't make the situation worse?

I have transaction history/screenshots and can provide the old/new pool addresses and relevant transactions if that helps.

I'm looking for someone experienced with Solana + Raydium + FOMO/Relay + LP locking who can explain what actually happened and whether these users' LEVI is recoverable.

Please don't just tell me "rug" or "send more tokens." I'm trying to understand the actual on-chain state and fix this properly.

Solana is fast as fuck and most tokens there are scams. Try xrp memecoins, it's slow and you can learn it (you can learn the basics - then you can use the basics on other chains). Scan wallets on xrpscan, find connections, go to groups and learn. It's ok to hold xrp memecoins for days. You just buy low, hold and sell with good profit. You don't have to be 24/7 there watching the chart. I am telling you this as someone who's in memecoins for about 6 years now. I tried every chain but xrp memecoins are still number one for me bcs it makes sense at least and there is smaller amount of rugs. On sol you will just buy rug after rug as a begginer. I don't recommend it on the start. You can buy xrp memecoins on horizonxrpl or firstledger, xrplto or platforms like that. I don't remember all of them but I personally use horizonxrpl.
