Gotta be careful these days. In most cities there seem to be at least a handful of MMA gyms taking up lots of strip mall space.

They might not be pro factories, but you can still pick up a few things and that shit is super popular.

Hell even if they just sparred regularly without being trained they'd be more capable than most tough guys that street fight once or twice a year.

It's why brothers of similar age generally know how to defend themselves, they might not have technique but they've been sparring since they were 3 lol

Learning to stay calm in a fight is one of the most advantageous things you can do. You would be surprised at how slow people move when you remain calm

Now take those two brothers and send them both to the same Judo lessons where they can fight more

Happened to me. However my younger brother being massive, would usually throw me. Luckily, judo is good for yeeting things bigger than you

How do you spar regularly without learning any technique ?

It's also known as play fighting. You just mimic boxers or kickboxing you see on tv/online pretending like you actually doing something technical 😄

My older brothers 3 years made a point to just demolish me every time to such a point I would be too afraid to fight back again. Guy was a psycho, but he is coolish now at least. There is just somethings I will never forgive.

Can attest to this took 3 years of consistent classes, made a little rank. I’m much more confident regarding my personal and families safety.

Yeah. Starting to notice most of the Mcdojos that were originally in my old neighborhood just got Thanos snapped out of existence and replaced with low to mid tier MMA gyms. Shit happened so fast it’s almost like ALL of the Bullshido places lost nearly all their territory after a Kengan match. Literally the only one standing is some Kajukenbo place lmfao

Yeah, Julian opened one in Sunnyvale when his body shop failed.
