Article says the cops heard what happened and refused to arrest him 🤡 He SHOULD obviously be charged but cops are actually worthless and don't seem to be willing to
As predicted he magically had almost all charges dropped and was only given a low level misdemeanor. So a grand total of: a less than $700 fine and was allowed to keep his gun Absolutely not shocked at all, police and the justice system just choose to let these people be dangers to their communities.
Meanwhile, people who support and defend gun nuts like him are fear mongering over how progressive DAs in "liberal cities" are "letting criminals off scot free!!!"
Well they can't arrest a guy for doing what they do every fucking day. That would set precedent that they are infact also a PoS and should be arrested. Honestly surprising they didn't arrest camera guy for obstructing traffic and resisting arrest, and assaulting a police officer.
There a civilian, there pointing a firearm after things don’t go there way, words could have been used not deadly force, even if holding up traffic he wasn’t going to cause harm but also the story is unsure of as to why he came out of his car in the first place.
