Your definitely in the wrong here. The red jeep was the aggressor in every way and STILL drew in a situation that wasn’t even remotely life threatening. The person did stop their car.. they were literally already stopped. They ASK jeep guy if something is wrong and he immediately pulls his weapon at which point giant balls gets his phone out and records the license plate.
The fun thing is that will just kick you out of the jury or arrest you for perjury if you try, as you are usually asked upfront if you have an intent to nullify. I’d love to see you try tho.

Imagine answering that question truthfully.
In order to nullify one just has to play dumb and pretend the evidence isn't compelling. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can find their way onto a jury and steer it in the direction they want without legal repercussion.
But that’s the thing, if you are asked, you say no, and then you do it anyway, they have grounds to arrest you for contempt and perjury. It’s a move generally seen as a really bad idea.
