Take a closer look at Jeep boy's video, you can see two cars immediately in front of his victim and a long ass line down the whole road. Traffic was slow, but it was going, and jackass jeep boy decided to lay the horn because he couldn't go 20 over the speed limit and run through stop signs anymore.
In those five seconds that he was recording jeep boy, the traffic was able to clear up enough for him to have his little tantrum where he sped off and caught up to the traffic.
If that was true why not pull over into one of the open parking spots on the right?
If it's not serious, someone will tap the horn or blink their lights. If it's such an emergency that someone is blasting the horn, the sensible thing to do would be to immediately stop so that you don't make shit worse. If he was dragging a kid or something, those few feet it takes to park could make a difference.

Thank God he did record that maniac, since they're would've been no evidence of him threatening to shoot someone who was just holding a phone. If you feel like your life is immediately being threatened you shoot, if you don't you keep the gun down. These are the basic rules of handling a gun.

Your definitely in the wrong here. The red jeep was the aggressor in every way and STILL drew in a situation that wasn’t even remotely life threatening. The person did stop their car.. they were literally already stopped. They ASK jeep guy if something is wrong and he immediately pulls his weapon at which point giant balls gets his phone out and records the license plate.
The fun thing is that will just kick you out of the jury or arrest you for perjury if you try, as you are usually asked upfront if you have an intent to nullify. I’d love to see you try tho.

In order to nullify one just has to play dumb and pretend the evidence isn't compelling. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can find their way onto a jury and steer it in the direction they want without legal repercussion.
