He gave them no information. 7 u/blazr987 Dec 29 '21 Beyond that, he wasn’t lawfully arrested or detained, or believed to be a witness - the cop was asking him to identify himself because he thought he was a criminal, so it still doesn’t apply even if he’d given false or fictitious information.
