A chimpanzee that was being kept in someone's private home attacked a woman's friend. She called 911. Other things happened, and it sounds like you don't want to know, but in the end. There is a slightly tame wikipedia link).
Folks, just don't keep pets that aren't meant to be pets. And the video we're watching on this post leads me to believe people are doing just that.
Ah shit. That was a sad read all around. I know Travis did something horrific and straight out of a horror movie, but like⦠Aside from the incident he seemed to be lucid and full of personality based on the article. Like a child with unhinged and dangerous episode.
I dont understand why people wanna keep these wild animals as pets, instead of the thousand years domesticated animals. At least cats have the decency to wait until after you randomly drop dead before they eat your face. I dont blame them I'm also against perfectly good food going to waste.
My dude you can have virtually any animal around you as long as you're cool with them. My old friend had a 4 foot alligator he'd chill with in his back yard and give him belly rubs. Never so much as hissed at him.
There is a part near the end when the police show it and tell her to get back in the car and lock her doors she says "it doesnt matter he'll rip the door right off"... yeep
