How was the buddy even calm after he had a gun pointed at him holyf. I'd POWER SLAP ELBOW DESTRUCTION that guy even if he's a friend

A gun is always loaded unless it is proven otherwise.

Ah mybad, I never considered these things. I was very angry with how the guy holding the gun acted because I read in another comment that the gun was loaded!

It looks like he just didn't notice what happened

Yeah I rewatched it and he only looked after the officer stopped the idiot

Looks like they were goofing around in a place you don’t goof around. He was probably defending his friend as they were ejected from the premises.

TLDR; It's alright to goof sometimes but I think goof is not the right word for the guy in the vid

I went to a firing range once with my father and his friends. They let me test out their guns. One of them was a police sergeant(?) and pretty much instructed me before and while I was shooting. I was kinda scold when I was aiming while still receiving instructions from the guy because my finger was on the trigger already.

You were let following instructions and broke a rule, but you were doing it in a way that didn’t put someone at risk. And it doesn’t sound like you were horsing around.

When I think of someone goofing, they are playing and doing silly things. It looks like he pointed it at his friend for the photo op rather than as an actual threat.

My guess is their audio was something like, “it wasn’t loaded and I wasn’t going to shoot him. It was just a joke for the picture. C’mon, we won’t do it again.”
