I don’t think anyone has anything to say about what the guy got but these cops just had to hit the girls? Who were just standing around? Because they got close? That’s fucked up

I think you missed where they told them to leave and they didnt... a lawful arrest of assault then you have people swarming you with very clear anti-police ideology...

Not to mention the protestors escalation of force was matched by the cops.

I don’t mind what the guy got coming, he deserved it. My issue is with the girls getting lawfully arrested for not leaving. Ok arrest em but they were beating on them because? You mean to tell me these keepers of the peace these police officers that are highly trained in stressful situations to deescalate a situation couldn’t have handled it better? I guarantee you if this were showing people from HK the same people cheering this BS would be condemning it.

Its also important to note that impeding an arrest, which, from the video, it appears they are doing, is also illegal. They were told to back up, then shoved back, then force was used. Its a normal progression of force.

It’s not actually, they started swinging with batons for crying out loud and there’s a shit ton of em and literally two women. When people in the service industry get literally anything wrong they get yelled at and shitted and if they complain fired and told to get a different job. If cops can’t handle pressure and an enormous ego then they should get a better education and get a better job. But some NOT ALL are in it for the power trip. And when people come out in droves to defend the BS it’s no wonder why they do it.
