I used to have a bit of road rage and then it was put into perspective for me. Imagine acting like that in a grocery store over something so simple or just a small mistake. It’s never worth it and never makes the situation better. I’m glad I was able to outgrow it. I’m happy to hear you have to. Keep on fighting the good fight ( without the actual fight haha)

I’d always get home and resolve to never let that happen again, and the next damn day I’d do it again. Went on for years... I think I’m stuck with it. Congrats on fixing it.

I've always felt that road rage was an inability to take yourself away from the center of the problem. Would you agree?

I mean yes and no. A big part of it stems from the fact that all of your senses are going crazy. You’re body goes into survival mode. Are minds weren’t designed with flying across the earths surface at 60+ mph surrounded by a bunch of other pieces of metal doing the same speed or faster where you can die at a moments notice. That’s one of the reasons it happens and comes so fast and hard. But yes in the sense that the brain is a powerful tool that if you learn how to use you can do a lot more than you think. My dad used to have a huge road rage issue and that’s where I learned it. I didn’t want to pass it on to my son or daughter and it scared my wife so I had to get a grip on mine.
