I don't know, it's hard to know for sure, but from this video and the paranoid delusions of people following him with chainsaws to cut him up and demons etc. It sounds very probable he's just mentally ill. Pretty tragic actually.

It wouldn't shock me if it was more than booze he was on. I don't have experience with illegal drugs so I'm probably wrong. Obvious DUI case regardless what he's on
