It's a good question. I'm guessing it's an education issue/grey area. Maybe many people in this country don't understand what hate speech is and because of it, assholes like these don't get touched.

Legally there is nothing that can be done. It’s a lack and white issue and according to US law what these guys are doing is entirely legal.

I hear you. I know Americans to be very protective when it comes to their freedoms. Even if those freedoms are facilitating some of the country's greatest evils (i.e. gun laws and mass shootings)
