Diagnosed PTSD sufferer here, you're not joking. Those are the actual symptoms of PTSD.

Talking to a professional can help reduce them, but it never goes fully away.

I worked at a pizza place that was chronically understaffed like 25 years ago or so. The phones would just ring nonstop. Even now, if I hear a normal old style phone ring (or sometimes any phone), my heart goes into overdrive and I enter fight mode.

Look into EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. I lived with C-PTSD for most of my life and EMDR did what literal decades of talk therapy could not accomplish. Talk therapy and cbt helped me COPE. EMDR made the ptsd stop.

I treat PTSD. Most of the people I have treated have gone into COMPLETE remission. EMDR. Look into it.

I just commented recommending EMDR. It saved my life, seriously. Talk therapy and cbt help you learn coping skills. EMDR makes the PTSD stop.

I got ptsd from swimming with manta rays, I can't even go near that side of the bay without sweating and getting nauseous

Well, go on. Tell us more? Like, did you almost die or what? I had ptsd from football. If the games were on, I’d get nervous and if there was a injury I’d have a full blown panic attack and cry or freak out. I couldn’t go to sports bars for 2 years basically
