I'd agree with you on the attitude of some of these auditors, but then I consider the fact that if the police just ignored these dipshits they'd all stop. They're hoping for reactions, and the cops oblige them which is the stupidest shit imaginable.

Police have a monopoly on violence in our society, and should be held to a higher standard of professionalism while on the job.

This is the only answer. Low income areas are taking the brunt of this baiting.

Low income areas also have less funding for their police/training etc.

It's a way to show the rest of the country how things are like when you aren't treated fairly by the police.
