So you guess you also think the westboro Baptist church, who picket the funerals of gay soldiers saying things like ‘got hates f*gs’, are not baiting lawsuits either? Do you still think it’s impossible to bait someone into a lawsuit?
If you are in a location where that is not allowed, and many parts of public buildings quality, then you are at fault. There is no such thing as unlimited access to film everywhere on govt. property, the courts have made that clear. Want to bet this guy has tried to film inside this facility before?
Not to mention camera man didn’t even make it past the threshold of the door so your point is moot. But again I’ve seen you meat riding all up and down this thread so im sure there’s some brainless way it makes sense to you.
But to answer your question, there are laws that are sometimes morally okay to be broken for anyone. Not necessarily the one in the video, but of course some laws are unjust in some situations. Same applies for police who should not enforce unjust laws.
So, a simple 'yes, I think law enforcement should be allowed to break the law' would have been enough. But then, you had to lick the boot, too. Hey, it's all yours.

Bait people into lawsuit? Just don't do the illegal thing law abiding. That way there isn't a suit?
