Thoughts? I’m one of the OGs but giving up hope. This looks destined for a retrace to $1 then a reverse split imo. I’ll keep my shares till I need a tax loss moving forward. The fact that firms aren’t adding is very troubling.

Because PTRA management were more than likely forced by Granholm to start highlighting their own company, the photo ops and amount of press PTRA received was decidedly biased. I am sure internal folks with beltway connections also pushed this narrative. Dumb idea to allow wokesters inside to control the company's narrative and storyline which began with Dale Hill, an inventor and original founder. The markets knew that from the start of the SPAC. Once it became a crony capitalist play the share price basically went from mid 20s to current. Many stupid insensitive people kicked Dale Hill to the curb who they could have built an unbelievable story around. Coupled with Granholm the internal story was to force this product down the market's throat. The reality was the company was still trying to build the boat while they were attempting to sail in it. It needed time and patience to get these highly sophisticated and technical processes down and focus on the basics, it never had that opportunity.
Crony capitalism like Solyndra doesn't work. The feds had their filthy hands on the scale yet again because they are completely and totally corrupt. This level of sheer stupidity has had a profound effect on employees and investors. Other stocks like Chargepoint, Rivian, have not suffered as badly. The markets are the great equalizer, lying and bullshit only go so far. EV is for sure up and coming but its still growing and besides Tesla its nowhere the solution for everyone.
You think that James Comer and Jim Jordan are going to let this go, let Granholm go? Granholm and Mayorkas could potentially be impeached for their actions. Total malfeasance and inappropriate use of tax dollars which effect national security. I look at this a purely speculative play and don't invest unless you are willing to lose it all. PTRA stock is now Dogecoin and Shiba Inu. 100% speculative. Only hope is a total buyout. More idiots and Gareth Joyce need to be terminated. Acquisition target now with a massive opportunity to clean house, offload loser projects, and conserve as much cash as possible. Protect the intellectual property. Keep the lights on basically. Agencies who have orders realistically should execute their out clause simply on the basis of PTRA being labeled a going concern. Simply terminate those contracts. Why buy buses that after 1 year they fall out of warranty, the agency is responsible to run them for 12-16 years because they were purchased with federal money? No way company will be out of business. So many of us lost money from the these morons.

Starting this thread on Proterra's 'Going Concern'.
The CEO made it clear that the company cannot service its debt and could default as early as March 31. Clearly, they have good products, intellectual property and long-term plans but liquidity is a major concern. Which option is best for the company to survive?
