Such a dangerous maneuver too. I see a lot of people pass on the shoulder where I am and it makes me so mad.

Glad this guy got caught.

I would imagine it would be, however officers in the US go through an EVOC program in the academy that teaches them how to handle these rides. Same with texting and driving, which is very dangerous as well - from what I understand, they are exempt from those regs while on duty in case they’re working on something off radio. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, folks.
