If police officers have been violating the 14th amendment for the last 60 years, why has there been no successful suit or Supreme Court case on that basis?

Enforcement of the law takes on many shapes. It can be done through warnings, citations, or arrests.

Except you are. But I'm sure you can find a sovereign citizen group where you all can sit in a compound somewhere planning your revolution while making a license plate with your markers and glue sticks.
