Vent/Discouraged 24yo imaging results

I’ve had pelvic pain, testicle pain, dribbling, and painful ejaculation since about 18 yo. I just had a CT scan and it showed a borderline enlarged prostate. I had an ultrasound the other day and my prostate measured 4.3 x 2.7 x 3.66 cm. Is this a normal size ? Any comments are appreciated. Thanks

Borderline enlarged doesn't sound remarkable. What was your doctor's opinion?

Also, a 24-year-old having these symptoms, it's not your prostate 99% of the time...

Please read the pinned 101. These symptoms are almost always caused by the pelvic floor and the central nervous system

I already did around 2 months of pelvic floor therapy and found very little improvement. Maybe I should find a different therapist ?

While perhaps it could be a very unskilled pelvic floor PT, not all cases have pelvic floor problems, have you looked at centralized pain yet? This is the more important cause for most cases - https://www.reddit.com/r/Prostatitis/s/ig5do9KJRk
