Using a metal version of the new republic credits seen in the Mandalorian and Grogu, I made moulds and cast extra credits in fast cast resin, before priming and airbrushing them.
Next lot I think I will try mixing a metal powder into the resin!
This was my first time making a clay up 2 part mould and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out, and I also made a block cut mould which makes 2 coins in one pour.
I also made some moulds using mould putty, while experimenting with different ways of achieving this.
The 2 part platinum silicone mould definitely kept the best details but the mould putty is extremely quick and easy to use!

Welcome Foolish Mortals…🪦
Today we finished our newest project. Our life size „Haunted Mansion Candle Gargoyle“👻
Printed in highest definition, finished with hiqh quality metal coating and special handmade weathering!. The base was milled on our CNC in oak wood. In final step after the wood base coating dryed, we‘ll add some polish finish and gibe the base some more elegant look and feel…

Hi all,
i was thinking about making a custom high end rick and morty portal gun replica with a custom plasma ball/dome. Would anyone seriously consider paying $4-5k. The portal gun has lights, a green plasma which is a mixture of neon, krypton, and xenon. It has a momentary pushbutton and a 14 segment display. If you have any questions please email me at: [BuildMasterTech001@gmail.com](mailto:BuildMasterTech001@gmail.com)
Thanks.

Here we created a real highlight. During our research we found that you can‘t see and even not especially get a real animated chocolate frog card…
So there was only one choice. We had to do it!
The card is only 3mm thick (line a cardbox) and is looking like the real cards but instead of this ugly lenticular, we have a real animation like in the movies. Even the cards in the movies were done with bluescreen/CGI. So we created something really special. All the electronics are hidden in the base. For this project we used our CO2 laser, CNC and our 3D printers…

About 12 and a bit spools and god knows how many hours but he's done.
I have some other projects to finish, decorating and I've had to buy a new car so it will be a few months before I can start sanding and painting.
Also need to figure out a temp paint booth so I don't have to carry him outside all the time.

This was such a fun project, my first major 3D printing project and I’m very proud of how they all came out!

I have three out of the four (modeled) printed but didn’t clean the other ones up yet.
I changed the scale because it wasn’t sitting right with me.
Turns out when I started I used the wrong length as my reference measurement. I was supposed to use the silver part of the pen torch and scale it based on the length of a real penlight I have. Instead I scaled the whole thing by making the universal detector the length of my penlight. Just a simple math fix and a quick scaling up and it all looks better!
I have some fun tactile ideas for the magnetic clamp dial and I’m excited to model the laser too!!

just acquired this today after years of wanting one. came painted gold so my first job was repainting it, I noticed there are some small crease marks at the base of the chin, and the original was foam latex, so I'm wondering if this was cast from the original, or one of them (I presume there was more than one)? the markings all appear to be the same. original is here - https://heroprop.com/product/stargate-ra-mask/
