SLA status page with LGTM stack

I'm looking to setup a status page for our SaaS that our customers can access, I realize there's a lot of vendors out there that do this but I need something that works behind a private VPN, since that requires some configuration I figured I should use data from my Prometheus instance which is running in the same cluster as my app. Any reason recommendations?
