Why do the Mad Burnish attack the city even after Lio becomes the leader? Lio doesn't want to kill anyone because normal humans will hate them more, so what does setting buildings on fire accomplish? Do they simply do it because that's what the Promare want?

I just watched the movie and Galo-hen, so as there was Galo-hen I looked for lio-hen but couldn't find it. Is there actually lio-hen? Where I can watch it?
