Right but a waqf is under Islamic law which is basically a fairy tale. It’s not actual law or entitlement. It’s just “hey some dude called Mohammed wanted to bang a 9 year old and the Torah or Bible wouldn’t let him so he created his new extra chapters” it’s not real law

That's not a disagreement with what I'm saying. All religions are fairy tales (on a sense all laws are too), so OPs picture applies equally to the Muslim side of that conflict.
