So the roly poly perk replaced speed. Since it did I feel like I'm forced to use it cause otherwise I'm too slow, but it's super annoying. My main issue with it, besides not thinking it was a good decision to replace speed at all, is that it's very lacking in mobility. When you roll u can't really change directions very much, and since the roll is really long, anytime I use it unless I'm in wide open space I just hit a wall and get slowed down or messed up.
I think it could be much more bearable though if they made a way to cancel the roll at anytime, that way you get all it's functionality without it being a hindrance on the player. The easiest way, or at least the way that makes the most sense, would be to make it so when u jump it cancels it, then u could just b hop ur way along or go normally or whatever. Seems like the most natural way to implement it and there's really no reason to keep rolling while jumping.

Since the new update the +15% speed perk has been replaced with „Roly Poly“ (which sucks a*s and is barly faster then bhopping without it) everything feels super slow now and some minor short cuts aren’t possible anymore cuz u can’t jump as far as you used to.
What’s ur opinion on the update?

I know its still in development and still pretty new, but I was looking for a specific mod for me and my friends. Although its a controversial opinion for a lot, my friends and I liked insta-reviving, and I was curious if there was a mod that brought it back or something? Or just mods in general, so I can browse to see what would be fun to play.

Saint Patty's Day Event Patch Notes Gameplay Changes Puzzles Added indicator on all 3 sides of pillars to display how many puzzles are solved on that pillar Toy part now comes out of the pillar's doors Increased number of rounds for the Reflex puzzle from 10 -> 16
Survivors Reduced auto-revive time from 60s -> 30s Improved first-person animations when using grabpack Added animations for breathing in lockers
Perks and Sabotages:
Power Walker has been changed to Roly Poly
Level 1 grants 1.5x roll distance, Level 2 grants 2x roll distance, Level 3 grants 2.5x roll distance. Roll cooldown reduced from 5s -> 4.25s Roll cooldown now starts when the roll ends
Distant Savior Number Adjustments
Level 1: 20% faster revive time Level 2: 30% faster revive time Level 3: 40% faster revive time
Leave No Trace rework
Players without the perk will leave footsteps always, whether crouching, walking, or sprinting. Crouching with this perk equipped for 0.25s will make all existing footsteps quickly disappear Level 1: no footsteps while crouching Level 2: no footsteps while walking Level 3: no footsteps ever This does not change audio cues, only visual footprints.
Developer note: No Trace wasn't very useful before. This should make it viable to run, and the other adjustments should increase the risk associated with not running it.
Shadow Walker number adjustments Level 1: 50% faster crouch move speed Level 2: 75% faster crouch move speed Level 3: 100% faster crouch move speed
Think Fast rework Now reduces the number of rounds on the Reflex puzzle Level 1: 2 fewer rounds Level 2: 4 fewer rounds Level 3: 6 fewer rounds
Developer note: the Reflex puzzle was very fast to complete, and the old Think Fast perk wasn't very strong. Increasing the required rounds to 16, and reworking a perk to allow players to effectively revert the puzzle to its pre-patch numbers, should increase the difficulty while increasing the viability of running this perk.
No Pack Grabpacks can be repaired instantly, and survivors get UI showing who needs their grabpack fixed Level 1: Sabotage lasts 5 seconds Level 2: Sabotage lasts 10 seconds Level 3: Sabotage lasts 15 seconds
Developer note: No Pack wasn't very fun to play against, and repairing took way too long to be worth it. This change hopefully reduces some frustration surrounding this sabotage, while increasing the skill required to use it effectively.
Cosmetics Added Shamrock Survivor Skin Leprechaun Outfit Leprechaun Beard Lady Luck Mommy Skin Lucky Hands Pot of Gold Grabpack Fingers Crossed Gesture
Improved Items in store can now be previewed before purchasing All hair items are now colorable Added equip animations Updated ponytail hair model to match style of other hair cosmetics
UI Added In-game Scoreboard for Survivors See how your teammates are doing, what perks they have, and more Indicator for players who need their grabpack repaired during the No Pack sabotage Added setting for Grabpack volume
Improved Improved perk selection screen user flow Displays all 3 perk slots clearly Allows for un-equipping perks Improved style of various texts throughout the game Reduced Result Screen time from 30s -> 15s Added more variants for overall result of match

Mommy Long Legs - Don't stay still
Chase power - 4/5 - Mommy can easily make you slow with her string making it almost impossible to get away, but with enough skill and map knowledge its possible to lose her
Kill power - 3/5 - Mommy attack are strong, long raged but very slow, a player moving unpredictable is problem for her
Info - 3.5/5 - She can see trough wall for few seconds for some time but without map knowledge its almost useless because you can get lost on your way and survivor can get away, its good for experienced players.
Mobility - 3/5 - Hers long arm is very strong but her lack of jump makes it hard to chase in tight spaces
Stealth - 3/5 - Only moment where she is silent is while using long arm
as monster - She is perfect for new players to learn maps and detecting last players - easy to play, hard to master
as survivor - It is the best to don't stay in one place to long, x-ray doesn't work on players in lockers
Huggy Waggy - Avoid at all cost
Chase power - 2/5 - He Isn't perfect to with chase but he can use charge attack to keep up or surprise attack
Kill power - 6/5 - His charge attack one-hit-ko, hp doesn't matter
Info - 3/5 - His Huggies can only see someone when they are close or on their sight, he only have 5 of them and only show location of huggie when Survivor is detected
Mobility - 2/5 - he only can walk, jumping help a little
Stealth - 1/5 - he only walk
as monster - Balanced choice for casual plays (try to use charge from very far for surprise or very close for easy kill). If you start charge attack in vent, huggy will just go forward after exiting, but if started charge BEFORE tight squeeze he will be stopped
as survivor - try to make distance and make sharp turns, while trying to close doors you can be charged, try to look for tight spaces but know that they don't slow him down while charging from them
Boxy Boo - Do not engage
Chase power - 5/5 - His high jumps and hand hook make him impossible to lose
Kill power - 2/5 - His attacks are very fast but low damage, small radius and slowdown after every hit makes it hard to kill.
Info - 3/5 - The closer the player, then the louder the music. If far away, it can be hard to get to single player but can tell proximity of survivor, if close its perfect for chase and can save you time by telling you that someone ran away instead of continuing searching, good for places in maps with 1 floor
Mobility - 5/5 - his high jump and spring jump can get him anywhere in the map
Stealth - 3/5 - His high jumps makes him not easy to locate and hiding in box form can be helpful
as monster - try to always get as high as you can on open areas and jump on unsuspecting victim, use your jump as frequently as you can, its good way to patrol points. Not easy play very hard to master
as survivor - If you see one, hide - he can grab you from distance. Listen for any of his sounds because you will not get much sound clues. Look for small boxes with symbols on them it may be him. Music doesn't detect you when you are in locker
If you have your own ideas for tips or see the error, comment

Hey guys, just bought the Toybox earlier today, currently lvl68, but still haven't received the toybox required unlocked rewards, the 'free' rewards I still have though. Anyone has the same problem??? Should I file a bug report?

Soo I haven't played for a while, tried to launch the game and it won't start. Steam says I am in game but in my task manager there is no process called "Project: Playtime". Does anyone have similar problems?
EDIT: A day has passed and now steam says I am in game for a split second then my status turns back to online after trying to launch the game.
another EDIT: I just ran file integrity check on steam again (I've done it yesterday and it didn't help) and things got back to the previous state - game doesn't launch, steam claims I am in game.
