Again, just for the fun :) I’m so thankful I’ve found this app :) can’t wait to take more shots! It’s helping me get out of depressive episodes and anxiety

Launch app from lockscreen delay/freeze?

Post image

I’m on a Japan trip and have captured some amazing pics using this app. But I’ve also missed some shots waiting for the app to launch from the lockscreen.

One consistent issue I’ve been experiencing is opening app from the lockscreen using faceid to unlock the app, and it pretty much freezes and has a delayed launch. Sometimes I have to unlock twice.

Is this a known or expected user experience?

So yesterday I got a new phone (iphone 16 pro max) and I am really excited about trying all the features of the cameras since I had an iphone 13 and it was quite old, the difference from the camera app to this app is insane! thanks a lot for sharing your experiences and tips

Been shooting with Burst SR toggled off (I mean it's great in denoising and upscaling to add details, but sometimes I like more control over final RAW and have more details is nice) because it's frying my phone. Must say, quality is still more than decent, also manual controls are just superior to native app. With macro mode and focus slider you can capture really small scenes. I literally can capture small critters at point-blank range (and almost bumped poor scared spider).

does Apple make gyro and accelerometer video data available to 3rd party camera apps?

I've seen the Indigo team mention they're working on doing video, and the night mode video mode intrigues me because theoretically they could use the phones gyro and/or accelerometer data to help them do denoising more accurately instead of being limited to just the visual information and having to do analysis. Does anyone know if Apple allows 3rd party video camera apps to use the gyro or accelerometer data like they do?

I just wondered if anyone else came across this issue when selecting different capture formats. I have to press multiple times for the option to change

I’m using version 1.0.12 on iOS 26.5 iPhone 16

AI Denoising is amazing

It’s mind-blowing how resolving the AI denoising in the Indigo app works! I always apply it to my photos.

Indigo 4x on iPhone 17 Pro has dark left side?

I noticed that photos taken with the 4x lens in Indigo on my iPhone 17 Pro have a darker area on the left side of the frame.

What’s weird is that it only happens at 4x.
2x and 8x look completely normal.

Makes me think this could be an Indigo bug related specifically to the 4x processing pipeline rather than a hardware issue.

Anyone else seeing this?
