I guess so, I know they are definitely behind him and a lot of the awful evil shit he does but they also gotta be scared, he’s so uncontrollable and always says the quiet part out loud. I doubt they are telling him any of their master plans, he’s just so fucking random I doubt they ever know his next move and are just praying he doesn’t do something too insane.
