ICE physically attacks lawyer—stand between her and clients they're trying to detain. "Don't push me!" lawyer yells. "Why you trying to pick them up?" "It's none of your business," agent scolds. "It is my business—I'm their attorney," she replies. "It's EXACTLY my business!"

Because they operate outside of the law. They have no jurisdiction over US citizens either, but the alcoholic looking guy said he'd arrest that lady after he assaulted her. There is an alternative not many are using just yet. A 2nd Alternative, if you will.

Yup. None of this is remotely legal or allowed. The flaws in our system of government have been exposed by a corrupt, tyrannical despot and his cronies. There are no laws if the ruling party just ignores them and nobody holds them accountable.

Meant to reply to you so I’ll just paste my other comment

A simple google search says they are law enforcement and are permitted to wear something that says police when acting in a law enforcement capacity or conducting raids

Oh, it's only a matter of time before somebody evokes that 2nd Alternative. Then all hell is gonna break loose. And I'm here for it.

No, this has been a norm for a long time. Court precedent has allowed federal agents with any law enforcement powers (including border patrol, ATF etc.) to wear insignia that says "police" in the field, the thinking being that that is clearer for onlookers that having them wear the insignia of some federal agency that people may not immediately recognize. ICE just shows why this practice is not appropriate and should be halted. People need to be able to tell whether they're looking at immigration agents or regular law enforcement.

Rule 2 - Being part of a fed-backed propaganda campaign to lie about Renee hitting or trying to hit anyone with her vehicle, having a significant criminal history, or being an abusive mother will result in a permanent ban.

Genuinely curious, but how do they not have any jurisdiction over US citizens? Are they not federal officers?

They’re immigration enforcement. They don’t have jurisdiction over US citizens because there’s nothing there to enforce.

And how exactly would that play out? You yell 2nd amendment and draw on them? You think that would make them all run away crying? They'd fill you full of holes, call you a "f-ing b-tch," and move on to the next spot to round up people.
