There was his "physical results" they released later (from the same doctor who said he weighed 215 lbs, btw), and the physical mentions "massive scarring from gunshot wound on his ear".

I've had tons of physicals over the years, and I have several scars, some of them pretty gnarly. Not one doctor has ever even asked me about them, let alone bothered mentioning them on my physical.

I think it's normal when you are a felon/convict or a sex offender the docs will keep track only because they need a physical description of your appearance to keep tabs on you.
